On December 3, 2021, the Bank of Baroda issued a notification for BOB Business Head Recruitment 2021. The notification for 07 vacancies is now available. Essential Qualification:
1. Head
- Candidates should have completed MBA / Postgraduate diploma or degree in Management / Banking or its equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years of overall experience with at least 15 years in corporate banking, especially in sales.
2. Business Head
- Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s degree recognized by Govt. / Govt. Bodies / UGC / AICTE or its Equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 Years experience in BFSI Sector in CV & CME Finance vertical/product line and should have 3 Years of experience at Senior / Head level position.
3. Vice President
- Candidates should have completed 4 year full time engineering / technology degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics or MCA / M.SC (IT) / M. SC (Computer Science) recognized by Govt. / Govt. Bodies / UGC / AICTE or its Equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience in Bank / Financial Institution / Large size Organization in IT / IS area; of which last 5 years must be in one of the Information / Cyber Security Specialized areas.
