Essential Qualification:
1. Food Analyst with a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Dairy Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science & Technology, or Food & Nutrition OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy or Oil Technology, or a degree in Veterinary Sciences, and 3 years of experience in food analysis.
2. Technical Officer Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Food Science & Technology, Food & Nutrition, Edible Oil Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural or Horticultural Sciences, Industrial Microbiology, Toxicology, Public Health, Life Science, Biotechnology, Fruit & Vegetable Technology, or Food Safety & Quality Assurance from a recognized university or institution.

Pay Scale Details:
- Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay in the Pay Level as stipulated against each post and they will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Children Education Allowance, LTC, etc, as applicable for Central Government employees.
